For the first time in our history, Rivers State has recorded a 100% Lots Quality Assurance Survey (LQAS) pass following the just-concluded Measles and Rubella mass vaccination campaign which held from the 4th to the 15th of February 2026. Reaching children 9 months to 14 years old with the MR vaccine.
This landmark achievement did not happen by chance. It is a direct reflection of the focused leadership, strategic direction and unwavering support of our Executive Secretary- Dr. Chituru Adele.

This 100% LQAS performance signals more than a statistic — it represents:
