The Council Sick Bay/Infant Welfare Clinic in Emohua Local Government Council headquarters was commissioned on the 15th of July, 2022 by the Deputy Governor of Rivers State, Dr. (Mrs) Ipalibo Harry-Banigo, represented by the Permanent Secretary Rivers State Primary Health Care Management Board, Dr. Agiriye M. Harry.

In attendance were dignitaries from the Local Government Authority led by the LGA chairman, Hon. Dr. Chidi Lloyd, officials of the State Ministry of Health, Primary Health Care Management Board, and other illustrious indigenes of Rivers State.
